1. Service Description
Podwatch is an observability and security monitoring platform for AI agents. The service includes a dashboard for cost tracking, security alerts, budget management, and agent monitoring. A local plugin collects data on your machine and optionally syncs metadata to our servers.
2. Account Terms
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Free Plan
New accounts start on the Free plan with access to core monitoring features (2 agents, 7-day data retention). The Free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. Upgrade to Pro at any time for additional features and limits.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Podwatch in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the service to violate the rights of others, distribute malware, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Podwatch operates on a local-first model — your agent logs and secrets remain on your infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
Podwatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, security incidents, or service interruptions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
